Fat Mogul vs Real Life

There are those days where I just can’t seem to want to focus on reality. . . today just happens to be one such day.

I’m in the heat of excitement on both THE AGORA FILES and THE RISE OF THE FAT MOGUL right now, as I’m entering final edits on one and entering big action sequence leading up to the end of the first draft on the other.

Add into that the fact that I’m putting together the book trailer for THE LEGEND OF BUDDY HERO (finally), which, although doesn’t really tell anything about the book. . . is pretty darn cute, and sales are slowly picking up on the little title, as well as more and more reviews being placed out in the world on both amazon and goodreads (and possibly elsewhere, but I just don’t have the time to check everywhere!).

So. . . yeah, there’s a ton to get done in my fictional life. . . and even more in my real life.  And unfortunately, the real life is supposed to take precedence. . . but my brain just keeps drifting off to the fictional worlds of Sun City and The Agora. .  .drifting….drifting….drifting…

Oh, yeah, that’s right, gotta fold some laundry, put together some spreadsheets, and make sure a few thousand checks get sent to the right hospital (that last one is occupation-related, our medical bills aren’t nearly that bad). . .

Needless to say, my brain is becoming more and more scattered as the day goes on.  I need to find a focus. . . must focus.

Working on focus.

Yeah, anyways, so, not much of use to put here.  I am nearly completed with this book trailer, although I’m still not entirely sure how I feel about it yet, so I may decide to go an entirely different direction, meaning the one that’s nearing completion may never actually see the light of day.

And. . .yep, that’s pretty much all I’ve got.

I do have something to write about my daughter’s first day in the world of the public school system, but that will have to be for another day.

Have fun!
